Help with Reps: Gym Workout Log

Yes. Logging a workout, your routines and plan, your history, records and charts all work offline, in airplane mode or in a basement gym with no signal. You need a connection only to sign in, to sync, and for the AI coach or ChatGPT and Claude.

Not to log workouts. On the first screen, choose Skip — use without account. Your workouts then stay on your phone and nothing is sent to us. The catch: there is no backup, so deleting the app deletes your workouts.

Yes. Open Settings → Sign in or sign up. The workouts you already logged go to your account with the first sync.

With your email and an 8‑digit code we send you, with Apple, or with Google. There is no password.

Reps saves everything on your phone first, then syncs with your account every few minutes and whenever you open the app. Sign in with the same account on another iPhone or Android phone and your history is there too. Your account data is stored in the EU.

Your workouts stay in your account, and the copy on that phone is removed. If some changes haven’t synced yet, the app warns you before you sign out.

In the app, open Settings → Data & privacy → Export data (JSON). You get one file with your workouts, routines, plans and custom exercises, and you can save it or send it anywhere. It works with or without an account. For anything the export doesn’t cover, email [email protected].

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, workouts, routines, plans and coach chats are removed, and backup copies are gone within about 30 days. If you can’t open the app, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. The account deletion page has the details.

Then we hold nothing to delete: your workouts live only on your phone. Delete the app to remove them.

English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian, including exercise names and instructions. Reps follows your phone’s language; if your phone uses another language, the app shows English.

Yes, with a Reps account. The assistant can read your workouts, records, routines and plan, and it saves a new routine or plan only after you confirm. It can’t log a workout or delete anything. Setup takes a few minutes, and the setup guide walks you through it.

Plugins in ChatGPT depend on your plan and your country. In Claude, Reps is in the connector directory. The setup guide covers both.

An optional chat inside the app. It answers training questions, builds plans, and can turn a photo of a paper plan into a routine. It needs an account and internet, and it has a daily limit. Your messages and the training data it needs go to Anthropic to write the reply and are never used to train models. It gives general fitness information, not medical advice.

Yes. The app, the account and sync are free. The AI coach has a daily limit.

There’s no Apple Watch app. Reps doesn’t read or write Apple Health or Health Connect, and it can’t import your history from other apps. It doesn’t track pace, heart rate, sleep or food: it is a log for strength training.
